You do not have to have everything figured out because we will help you refine your choices once you are ready to move forward.

Step 2

Reach out / Rebate Certificate

When you have found a home that feels right call text or email us. If you are visiting a builder on your own you can download the Rebate Certificate and bring it with you to your first visit or open house to make sure your rebate is secured from the start. This ensures you get full access to our builder relationships and that you qualify for the 2.25% rebate.

Step 3

Offer close and get cashback

Once your agreement is in place our team manages the rest by coordinating with builders handling paperwork and guiding you through the offer and closing process. At closing you will see your 2.25% rebate reflected as a credit on your settlement statement giving you thousands of dollars back from our commission.
